Wine is an integral part of the Spanish culture.  A favorite Spanish pastime is “el Tapeo”…walking from bar to bar, chatting with friends, having a glass of wine with a “tapa” and moving on to the next place to try their “specialty”.

Manolo Hernandez-Martin, owner of Las Arribes imports, will introduce us to eight wines from six different regions in Spain.  Chef Tad will prepare authentic regional cuisine to compliment these wines.

Join us on Sunday, April 27, 2008 beginning at 6:00 p.m. on a “journey of the senses” with Manolo as your guide imparting information about each wine, its region and the culture that flourishes within.  The cost is $ 50.00 per person plus tax and gratuity.  Reservations are recommended.

                                                Until then……….bueno appetito!
